Registered managers mentoring programme

Mentoring is a partnership between two people and is about developing opportunities as well as solving problems. Being trained as a mentor gives you the opportunity to mentor others, whilst learning new skills, developing greater self-awareness and reflecting on your practice. This programme is intended to provide you with a better understanding of the structure of the mentoring process and of the intellectual design behind mentoring. You will also learn how to strengthen each Key Question and Quality Statement. This seminar is primarily aimed at services currently rated Good but who want to progress to Outstanding, as well as newer services hoping to achieve this accolade in their first inspection.
